Customers may claim for return or exchange of their products within 24 hours, if any error happens. The products are checked by our team before the packing.  There is no chance that a customer will get damaged or defective products because we have no intension to make harass our dearest customers. But unfortunately if any error happens, we always try to give the right product to our customers. If any customer gets a damaged or defective product, he/she is requested to make a video of the product with the invoice and tracking id and send us. If we find any issue there, we will take the responsibility to exchange your product with a good one. Normally customers may get their right product after return within 2 weeks.

This should be noted that any lubes or lotions and batteries are not returned if once opened.
